If you want to me to post your affiliate banner on my site, you must have my banner up on yours.
If you are affiliating, the subject of the thread should be the name of your site and that you want it to be an affiliation... i.e. Subject: Kerenhappuch {Affiliate}

Thanks! Your Affiliate will be put up in the order it was received and in a timely manner. I will notify you if your affiliate cannot be put up for any reason, or if I have questions about your affiliation before I post it, etc...
