Appearance:
Slate is, in one word, gray. Almost every inch of his body is gray. His twin sister looks very similar to him, but there are clear differences. His fur is darker than hers, with almost black colors along his spine and points. Then it fades to a light gray, and finally to white. But he has red tints in every spot of white, including his legs and chest. His tail is bushy, much like his sister's, only his is pure gray without red.
Likes:
Slate likes to sit and watch his bigger brother and twin sister romp. He stays near his mother all the time, something Phoenix personally takes honor in teasing him about. He does occasionally like to play, though. but he especially likes to hunt. He will chase small animals, just for the fun of it. He looks forward to the day his mother will let the pups go on a hunt with her. He loves to wander and explore, and usually he goes with Phoenix when he does.
Dislikes:
Slate doesn't like to be teased, as he gets enough of it from his siblings. He will stand up for himself, and often tackles Phoenix when she does it. He, like her, doesn't like to be alone. He doesn't like the limelight, though, as Phoenix does. Strangely, he doesn't like water. He sees it as a danger instead of the life line of most wolves. He isn't afraid of it, however, he just doesn't like it.
Fears:
Slate fears being alone with strangers. He acts like he doesn't care when he is alone, but really he is afraid. When his mother or siblings are near, he is totally relaxed. He fears being caught by Lokken's pack somehow, for he doesn't like them anyway, as his mother has basically taught him.
Personality:
Slate is very homely. He is well mannered, though you will not see that when he addresses his siblings. He likes to be at home, which counts as wherever his mother is. But he is adventurous, as every healthy pup should be, and will often join Phoenix on her adventures. He loves to practice hunting, chasing just about any moving thing that comes in sight, including his siblings sometimes. He is friendly and caring, and will fight to protect his loved ones, even his sister, though she does grate on his nerves sometimes...
